Aerial Yoga with Panoramic Views
Spread your inner wings while staying in Queenstown!
Your aerial yoga class will include a brief introduction to aerial yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, strength and mobility movements, acrobatics, flying and finally relaxation in your own silk cocoon! Be prepared to have a fun and unforgettable experience while visiting Queenstown!
Aerial silks are a great workout for anyone from a total beginner to an advanced yoga practitioner and can teach you a lot about your own body, emotions, fears and release. The whole experience is playful and including child-like swings, jumps and flips through the air while being incredibly safe taught in individual class by a seasoned and passionate professional.
These physical practices strengthen the muscles, hydrate the joints, and relax and loosen up the back. The weightless inversions promote circulation and lymphatic drainage, while also generating space between the vertebrae relieving back pain.
Aerial yoga flows challenge the body in strength and balance which brings you into a meditative state which relaxes and nourishes you throughout the practice. After warm up and strength practice we will end class with longer stretches and final relaxation in the silk.

Your experience will take place at our Amazing Queenstown Guesthouse in Queenstown New Zealand. A beautiful place to stay and discover Queenstown and New Zealand.
The class will be held in our spacious lounge with stunning panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkable mountains. There is a bathroom if needed. Get ready for your anti-gravity adventure to begin!
🩱🩳WHAT TO WEAR:
Dress for the gym. Wear comfortable active wear without any zips or buttons.
✅GOOD TO KNOW:
It is suggested not to eat up to 2 hours before the class. Be sure to arrive 10 minutes before the class to meet your teacher and avoid wearing make-up or jewellery, clothes with zippers or buttons that could damage the silk. The class is taken barefoot.

The class can be modified to your level of experience and/or energy! We can adapt the practice to your specific needs but please let us know of any injuries or health conditions before class.
